This is a Norwegian-style farmhouse ale brewed with Kveik yeast and lightly dry-hopped with Mosaic. Generic 500ml bottle purchased from the bottle shop a couple of hours ago.
Pours a hazy light blonde colour. Thin head diminishes almost instantly. No lacing.
Dominant aroma is citrus and green mango from the Mosaic hops.
Dominant flavour is Mosaic hops, following the nose, but there's a subtle caramel apple thing going on with the yeast esters as well.
Bone dry. Light body. Prickly carbonation.
Overall, it's pretty clear this was meant to be an experimental one-off to try out a new yeast strain.
