From a can.
Lovely opaque straw gold with a voluminous pillowy head that dissipates very slowly leaving oodles of chunky lacing.
Gentle saison character on the nose. Earthy. Hint of banana.
Sweet upfront, with a slight corn of the cob character that is slightly off putting. Mild spicy notes. Negligible banana and bubble gum hints on the finish.
Moderate body with light carbonation.
The corn on the cob sweetness is unwanted and clashes with the light traditional saison expectations. Not my favourite beer from Bellwoods to be sure.
