We’re always striving to make the best beer possible and we’re equally motivated to make a non-alc beer that stands up to the same set of expectations. Many months into this endeavour, we’ve honed our process to a point that we’re really happy with. We're excited to launch our Non-Alcoholic Stay Classy IPA into the world right…now!
ABV aside, our non-alcoholic beer has a lot in common with our beer beer. Both are made with the same ingredients (barley, oats, yeast, hops, etc.) and the same intent (make something that tastes really good!). As a result, Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and soft, pale yellow body. Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours — think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure. It’s dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasant bitter finish.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From the Huron Church Rd. LCBO in nearby Windsor. Best before November 26/26. My 41st beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 15th for 2026. Ridiculously revelatory to Gracie the cat...

Can. White head. Hazy golden orange color.
Nice moutfeel. You can definitely tell they use oats in this. Has a New England feel to it. Orange and mango. Floral hops. Some bitterness. Juicy.
I’d buy this again.

Poured no foam but has some fizz on top. Blonde yellow like color. Smells of hops and lightly of citrous.
Taste wise it's not as good as a bunch of these other NON ALC beers I've had in the past couple months. There's some light hoppy and citrous flavors. A little bit of lemon flavor as well. It's still alright but I have many other options that beat this one.

473 mL can dated Feb 7 2024 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a hazy pale yellow colour, producing more than a finger of bubbly, foamy white head that melts off over the next two minutes. A soapy, sudsy collar remains, with great lace generation after a few sips. Grainy aroma with hints of sourdough and grassy, floral, citrusy hops; I do get some of that telltale worty near-beer aroma, but it's not a big factor.
It's pretty tasty for what it is. The flavours are mellow and a little sweet, with hints of grainy malts and steel cut oats overlapping with subtle hop flavours that tend towards the grassy, floral end of the spectrum. Maybe a hint of citrus and stone fruitiness, with a grassy finish trending dry in the aftertaste. Light in body, with a watery, thin mouthfeel and moderately assertive carbonation that brings a crisp bite to the mix. Refreshing and very quaffable.
Final Grade: 3.93, a B+. Stay Classy IPA is quite possibly the best non-alcoholic IPA I've tried so far. Of course, it's much more watery and mild than I tend to prefer my pale ales, but if you squint at this it basically drinks a lot like a hazy session IPA - an exceedingly thin one with very low bitterness, sure, but the resemblance is there. Still readily distinguishable from the real article, but it comes closer to completing the illusion than most. A little pricey, but this is a godsend to hop loving DDs, wherever it's available.
