Hazy bright orange, ring of white head with good retention as well as some lace. Smell is yeasty and funky, brett comes through but not as strong as I anticipated, some citrus and malty grains are also present here. Taste is yeasty and tart, brett comes out a little more on the palate, funky and lightly acidic, a bit of fruity flavours lend themselves to the finish. Medium carbonation, active and spritzy, good feel. Very good stuff, was the first beer of the festival for me and was very enjoyable, great start to the day.

On tap at Sessions 99 festival.
Cloudy yellow, medium white head. Decent retention, little lacing.
Slightly tart scent, cherry or something similar. Vinous. Grapes as well. Funky.
Brett and grape in the taste, some bittering hops, mildly sour. Quite dry. Funky yeast in there as well.
Light bodied, low carbonation. Quite refreshing.
Overall, pretty good. I like the brett but generally prefer Bellwoods' regular saison.

Collaboration with Sawdust City. A Galaxy saison with brett, on tap at Session 2012.
Hazy orange with a white head, good lacing with light retention. Nose has brett right off the bat, nice and funky. Citrusy hope notes, perhaps a little herbal as well. A bit of grain and wheat as well. Herbal hops are more prominennt on the palate, light tropical notes as well. Funky again, Brett is still notable. Real nice farmhouse character. Mouthfeel is medium, medium high carbonation. A really nice saison with solid Brett and funky qualities.
