On tap at the cafe of the San Diego Museum of Art
Starts with Looks well above average, fluffy foam becomes a nice lace. Cloudy.
Smells are less distinctive, but the yeast and spices -- I can tell -- are trying to make this barley/wheat bill work well. The yeast does this even better in the Taste with more of a fruit bowl effect. Sits in my mouth fine... particularly with a light lunch of sandwich.
I went on Societe's website and they seem to be having a good time. Interesting that the brewmaster and CEO met at The Bruery. Pretty good training. I look forward to sampling more of their craft.
