10 years ago, we opened our doors and started a journey. Over the past decade we've seen this brewery and the beer community evolve in many ways. But some things never change-like our love of hops!
This beer is one of the hoppiest things we've ever brewed. This beer is a celebration of hops, and the tireless passion that makes us Societe.
Thanks for coming along for the ride-it means everything to us. We hope you enjoy this 10% Triple IPA!

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: American Triple / Imperial IPA
Glass: Pure Project 3rd anniversary 14-oz. Teku glass
Price: $3.99
From: Windmill Farms in Del Cerro (San Diego), Calif.
Purchased: June 25, 2022
Consumed: June 25, 2022
Misc.: Canned on May 31, 2022
Grabbed a bunch of cans on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Bine & Vine’s website read “This IPA is proof that though our company and community has evolved, some things will never change… i.e our love of hops. A classic West Coast IPA, this beer is a celebration of hops and the tireless passion that makes us Societe.” Hops mentioned were Chinook, Comet and Amarillo.
Poured a light amber clear color with four fingers of rocky white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up from the bottom and sides of the glass, coming in at different speeds. Excellent uneven foamy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled pine, dank resin, toffee, caramel, red grapefruit, black pepper, orange peel, perfume and bug spray. Chinook stood out on the mentioned hops, followed by Comet and Amarillo. Just about as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. This was pretty damn good. So smooth for 10 pct. ABV too. In order got pine, dank resin, black pepper, toffee, caramel, woody Chinook, red grapefruit, mango, purple grape, orange peel, Amarillo, perfume, bug spray and floral. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 5.00)
Just a really great West Coast TIPA. Excellent. Damn good value for $3.99. (Overall - 4.50)

33 day old can
Really, really nice TIPA. Not overly malty or sweet, lots of citrus and a nice dry finish. Definitely my kind of TIPA, far more in the mold of PtY than 95+% of the TIPAs that get made. Going to definitely grab more.
