Looks like a clear, beautiful, sunny day (a bright, transparent lemon yellow); smells a little bit like citrus, a little bit like funk, with some subtle caramel or creme brulee notes on the back end after the third whiff. Taste is very smooth and mellow, the caramel/creme brulee notes come to the surface and shine through initially, and fades away into a slight smokiness, almost like a browned or slightly burnt toast; it has a prominent grapefruit profile but it blends nicely with the aforementioned notes. The carbonation has the perfect amount of bite for me, but it leaves my mouth slightly dry after going halfway through the can. This has been a fun beer, and a joy in my rotation; its mellowness and smoothness makes it easy to drink
