This classic Belgian saison was brewed with chamomile & basil to help augment the spiciness that the yeast brings to the party. This complex beer finishes bone dry.

Had this as part of a flight. My girlfriend was in an okay mood when we went to dryhop. We just saw a Coen Bros movie. That was neat. This beer was okay. I am not a huge belgian fan but I found it drinkable. Well balanced. Not overly hoppy, not overly malty.
