Served in a snifter at the brewery in NE Minneapolis.
This beer is COMPLETELY Belgian. It's the closest to actual Belgian ale that I've ever had in the United States. This brew is wood aged in Sauvignon Blanc casks. Very drinkable with incredible flavors.
