Surprisingly light in flavor and color. Light cinnamon over a cream of wheat -ish grain. Well worth trying

Cerveza De Horchata pours a brighter cooper color, with a small, lacing head. Big cinnamon aroma. Flavor is very creamy, almost milk like, with lots of cinnamon, and spicy notes. Good body and feel. Overall, a spicy beer, lots of flavors, very unique

Not bad. The concept is almost there but in my humble opinion, this beer is missing a punch of vanilla. The cinnamon and lactose work well but that 3rd ingredient is what's missing. I will say, however, that it hides the 7.8% very well.
