Delicate but not subdued, coconut macaroon cream ale is a supremely scrumptious convergence of a simple pastry and easy-drinking beer. This sweets-inspired brew boasts toasted coconut and macadamia nut flavors that don't overwhelm its cream ale base.

I had this beer two times, the first time I really didn't like it, and the second time I thought it was excellent. Both times the biggest weakness was the "perfume-y" aspect of the taste

I am trying a pint of this beer off the tapper at Big Al's Pizza in downtown LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It poured a clear golden with very thin white ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had vanilla and coconut notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with vanilla and coconut cream presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a clear light golden color with a fresh white head. Slight aroma of coconut first then sweet dessert macarooon with almond and vanilla. Taste was a finely baked macaroon with ganache and buttercream slight and faint coconut it followed the nose.. Mouth feel is sweet desert like buttercream its a sipper. You have to like macaroons to like this cream ale, its a tough adjunct to incorporate in a ale, Indeed did a very good job.

Can. White head with lace. Clear golden color.
This is disgusting. Tastes like creamed corn. Definitely an off flavor here. Diacritic or whatever it’s called. Coconut macaroon no where to be found.

16oz can. Stamped on can bottom is 'CANNED: 01/08/21 ENJOY BY: 05/08/21'.
Slightly cloudy, straw colored body. Nearly a one finger small bubbly head upon pouring, but this sticks around as a thin tight bubble cap. Still allows a view of rapidly uprising bubbles. Some spots and little sheets of lacing left behind.
Aroma is expressive of a sweet macadamia nut macaroon cookie. The sweetness is a combination of the coconut and the generally sweet cream ale. There is a definite sweet coconut smell here.
Taste is of a confident cream ale overlaid with sweet macadamia nut and coconut. The extra flavors add to, but do not appear to be separate from the ale. Both work together for a sweeter and nuttier ale experience.
Mouth feel is creamy and smooth, really great to swill around in the mouth. Very good carbonation.
Quirky beer that tastes as described by the ingredients. A solid cream ale with sweet coconut and macadamia nuts. Probably not suited for a session beer, but good for a distinctive experience.
