A one-of-a-kind crisp apple ale, fruited with real apple juice, fermented and labered with cider yeast, and spiced with a light dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.

16 oz can canned 7/14/25 into a Becker glass.
L: Pours a clear medium gold color with lush steady carbo, a thin soft frothy white head that has very good retention, medium lacing with holes in backside sheeting.
S: Light apple, cinnamon, a note of yeast, distant light Ale.
T: Gently spiced tart apple, yeast, a whisper of malts, there's beer back there and it comes off as sort of a Blonde Ale that is super charged with cider. It is gently sweet on the lips.
F: Lightly crisp then very soft and textural medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length fairly drying finish.
O: A curiously good blend and combo. I find it to be 60/40 leaning to cider but the beers qualities and characteristics are in the entire mix and don't stand out front. There's yeast and fine malty tastes in the finish and it is very easy to drink. It is very good in its style.
