Clear deep amber with one fat finger of light cream head.
Smell is sweet candy caramel.
Flavor is sweet caramel with a quick balancing jolt of bitter herbal grassy hops.
Mouthfeel is medium with plenty of carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly bitter.
Overall a terrific English style ESB although a bit spendy.
