473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Mar 21 2022 and served slightly chilled.
Pours the palest of straw-yellows; situated atop its crystal clear body is one inch of soapy, foamy, sparkling white head that dissipates within three or four minutes' time. A tight collar of froth now surrounds a filmy cap, with a messy band of thick lacing deposited as well - looks like a light beer, and the nose is not dissuading that assumption. Faintly grainy, with hints of lime zest and very subtle agave.
It's different, I'll give it that - but definitely not very beer-like, and wholly distinct from any radler I've ever had. The cane sugar sweetness is more prominent than the doughy malt of the lager, giving off the impression of a beverage closer to alcopop than beer. The lime and tequila are both subtle, but work nicely enough with the cane sugar sweetness; remains sweet into the finish, with a hint of something vaguely minty and/or spicy - probably the habanero (an unexpected ingredient, but it's listed - clearly used in very small amounts, as there's no 'heat' per se). Light in body, with lively carbonation a smooth, somewhat syrupy/slick mouthfeel that I didn't find particularly refreshing. It's easy to toss back, and at least a little refreshing, but one is plenty for me.
Final Grade: 2.96, a poor C grade. Bongo Tequilima is honestly not all that unpalatable, but as a guy who has been reviewing on BA for over a decade, it may very well be the least beer-like beer I've come across - specificially, I mean it drinks and tastes like a malternative. I think I'd take Bud Light Lime over this, and I don't even think there'd be any hesitation.

Pours a light straw colour with a very short lasting white head. Visible bubbles rising up. The smell is super sweet, like honey, or some sort of syrup. The taste is also sweet, with hints of agave and hints of lime, both of these on top of a syrupy sweetness. Aggressively carbonated. This is not a beer. I may have beer as an ingredient, but this is a cooler
