Had this on tap at Bravery Brewing, and this is exactly what I want from a lager. It was a perfect intro to the brewery after an hour+ long drive from the valley through the backroads to get there. It's crisp, light, clean, refreshing; the flaked corn gives it a bit of sweetness, and the lime is just the perfect amount— not too much, not too little. Surprise, it has a very nice, yet unexpected, hoppy back end. Just a little hint of cool pine that gives respite from the brutal heat of Lancaster. So far, this has to be my favorite lager of all time...gonna be a hard one to beat!
The carbonation is perfect, gives it a nice bite without any icky soft foam ruining it. Goes down super smooth and easy. This one's extremely crushable, and pairs well with their pizzas.
