bourbon barrel conditioned
Very creamy and undulating, off-white, head. Medium chestnut and orange hued, for the look. Subtle, medium toasted and caramelized malt, with a slight sweet spice essence, on the edge of the aroma. A little herbal/floral bit on a medium toasted and caramelized malt base, with a little toasted character, then the finish still has the bite but quite light, for the flavor. Medium mouthfeel, with a little bite that makes it a bit bracing.
