Spontaneous beer brewed with honey, aged in oak barrels.
Spontaneous beer made under the eclipse! Connor Currie is just about to graduate from his warlock training and this beer proves it. Our Lodgehouse spontaneous series have all been big winners and this beer is no exception. Made with kilned malts and aged hops, it is both a great representation of true spontaneous beer and an Apothecary gem.

4oz pour at the brewery.
Pours clear, amber-brown, tiny head. Smell is lightly tart, cherry skin / grape must.
Taste is tart and bitter, middling funkiness, cherry skin.
Mouthfeel is light, full and creamy, very smooth. Overall, pretty good.
