If you rated this beer less than a 4, be sure to try it again, under a different set of circumstances. If after, you still think it isn't worth at least a 4; you are a moron with no palate.

Bottle into Pint Glass
Look: Near crystal clear dark golden yellow, pouring near zero head which fizzed away into nothing
Smell: Musty yeast, citric acid, earthy, oak tannins, vanilla, biscuit malt. Medium strength
Taste: Lightly tart lemon, oak tannins, musty yeast, and earthy tones. Fades way to a touch of the malt, then some light hops bitterness. This quickly gives way to a finish filled with lemon bread notes
Feel: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp finish
Overall: Decent brew. But the oak tannins dry the mouth right after swallowing.

375mL bottle (packaged 6/2023) into a tulip. Pours a clear bright golden color with a quickly dissipating white head.
Aroma is earthy, funky, grassy. Some tart qualities possibly indicative of a wild yeast strain.
Taste is even more sour/wild than the aroma. Definitely on a tightrope between a saison and a wild ale. Biscuity neutral pale malt, lemon zest, oak. Green apples. Finishes super dry and clean.
Mouthfeel is crisp and light, refreshing. Lively carbonation tickles the palate.
Overall a tasty, understated saison/wild ale. Surprised I had to add this beer’s profile myself. Excellent stuff.
