500ml bottle served in a pair of Cantillon glasses. Batch number 1501. March 2017 release.
Pours a cola brown with almost no head, and a smallish amount of very fine carbonation. Smell is smokey, oaky, overripe cherries.
Taste is tart -- maybe a little soy sauce flavor, but not overpowering. Comes across as very tart plums or cherries.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, kind of oily. Overall...it's a pretty decent beer.
