Rick's Endless Summer Apricot Saison

In memory of Rick Carvalho, who passed away too early, the BarrelHouse family planted an apricot tree. His favorite fruit. To celebrate, we harvest from this tree each year and create a special beer to celebrate his life. This year, we introduced these apricots to a classic Belgian Saison. The result is a balanced low abv Saison bursting with Belgian yeast esters and ripe apricot character.
