Straw to nearly water clear. Small head that leaves only some room bubbles and no lace.
Lightly sweet pale barley malt aroma. Attractive but without any notable hop.
This is a refreshing lighter beer. Thinner body with a higher carbonation level, like one might expect. The hop is present in a very subtle way. Shorter aftertaste. For what it is, it does it very well. I learned a lot about the Fonio grain which made this an unusual and attractive very light beer.
