Served on tap in a pint
Appearance - The beer is served a hazy golden color with a small white head.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is strongest of a wheat bread and spice smell of clove and corriander. Other aromas of citrus and grass are there as well producing a nice aroma overall.
Taste - The taste begins with a sweeter caramel malt and fruity taste of banana with a big wheat bread taste. Toward the end, a little bit more sweetness and wheat as well as some yeast come to the tongue and leaves one with a nice clean wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a lower carbonation.
Overall - A nice saison overall. A nice one to try.
