Formerly called Cu-Cumba! Originally a pilot batch on 8/2/17
Fermented with Belgian saison yeast to provide mild peppery, earthy and spicy notes. Then it was aged on cucumbers to add a refreshing crispness to this dry-finishing saison.

Pilot batch 8/2/17. Cucumber saison. Limited head. Smell is mild cucumber. Taste is crisp and a moderate amount of cucumber, but not overpowering. Decent brew
