Our newest edition, Orchard Trip, will remind you of Summer time, but will still give you the warmth you need in this cold weather.
This farmhouse ale was brewed with local malt from Carolina Malt House and fermented until nearly bone dry with a mixed culture saison blend. Then we added fresh honeycrisp apples, bartlett pears, and cracked ginger; giving aromas of baked apple crisp and ginger beer with flavors reminiscent of poached pears and candied ginger.
This beer was created by our lead brewer, Kyle, and the APPLE of his eye, Michelle! They worked endless hours perfecting this crisp and refreshing beer.
