Bright orange, lot of rising bubbles, and a surprisingly thick, foamy head for a saison. Grassy aromas. Yeasty, sourdough bread flavor.

Appearance: Arrives clear amber with a modest head; not much more than a few strands of lace
Smell: Bready and lemony, with a touch of funk
Taste: Opens with the bready tones; lemon and some funk build in the middle, with the yeast providing some spicy complexity to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: While I would like to see a bit more carbonation to provide a more Belgian mouthfeel, the flavors in this beer are first rate

Poured into a Guinness pint galss from a 32 oz growler from the TBG.
A - Clear, golden orange, 1/4 finger of head that moves to a thin dissappearing lace.
S - Lemons, bread, and some funk.
T - Follows the nose, with yeast notes and some dirt.
M - Medium to above average carbonation, light heft, finishes crisp with a dollop of funk.
O - A local offering that is worth sampling if you dig the Soriachi with some moderate funk.

Draft at Macs Steele Creek. A gold pour, somewhat unlively looking. Some whispy white head.
Aroma, stone fruit, that's about it. Maybe a little citrus and a small yeast presence.
Taste, tangerine some hay maybe. Some spice, guessing grains of paradise or something. It is a bit off putting. Kind if a bitter tobacco, more vegetal.
Carbonation and body are sound. Could be a little drier, would be easier to drink without that odd flavor combination as well.
So...not their best effort. The bartender asked I I wanted to try first, should have taken the hint.
