Lacks the traditional spice and Belgian body that a saison should possess. Taste like it needs to be fermented at a higher temp. Dawson's like it hot!

I have had quite a few variations of this beer, all of which are similar. I really enjoy this beer and it is my go to with its dry, spicy flavors. A good example of the style
