A blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts, conditioned over toasted wild Thai banana, cacao nibs, and peanuts. Blended to balance the dry character of our base stout with the inherent sweetness of our adjuncts. The result is somewhere between a chocolate covered banana and a banana creme brulee, with intermingling notes of roasted peanut and chocolate chips throughout the brew.

A - Dark brown pour with no lacing and carbonation.
S - Subtle chocolate malt char with peanut and booziness.
T - Light chocolate char sweetness, cacao, some peanut, with a big alcohol sweetness and warming on the way down.
M - Light syrupy body that leaves a sugar coating in the mouth with warming in the back of the throat.
O - Big, viscous, and warm.
