Appearance: Pours nearly black with a swirl of tan foam that quickly fades; leggy with some speckles
Smell: The Bourbon tones integrate with chocolate, dark fruit, caramel, charred oak, and vanilla
Taste: Dark chocolate and Bourbon tones intermingle, up front, with dark fruit, caramel and vanilla adding some sweetness; the finish is well-integrated with a slightly boozy aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy with low carbonation
Overall: A bit less assertive and more integrated than the 2022 version but that may be the result of six months in the bottle
