There is something about Saisons that has always screamed pears to me. So I figured, why not brew a Saison and throw a whole bunch of pears in it…and that’s exactly what happened. The end Saison filled with a ton of pears and dry-hopped Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc which pair up nicely together crafting a crisp Saison for those warm summer afternoons. You can expect pineapple/pear coalescence upfront, mind, and on the back of your Pear Saison experience. Take a look around, to make sure Mom or Dad are close in sight before your take a sip.

Served on tap in a shaker pint. Pale golden/straw color with a finger of white foam. Some spotty lacing left behind. Aroma of pearl, spice/white pepper/cracker. Effervescent feel, crisp and refreshing flavor with big pear/Pineapple juice upfront and a semi-dry feel. Apparently hopped with mosaic and it shows, with earthy, Berry notes.
