From Notes.
Clear brass in color with a tall white froth. Smells of light fruits (melon, pear) bubblegum and light spice. Slightly tangy with fruit juice, malt, faint spice and a hop base. The flavors don't start to fuse and flourish until later. Light but not fluffy. Sleek. Kinda like wearing a well-tailored suit.

Yellow with some haze and a pretty big white head, some pretty good lace, overall about what you'd expect from a saison.
Brewed with ginger, orange, pink peppercorns, so notably spicy and flavorful. The pepper kinda leaves a very light heat at the finish. Between the barrel aging (probably a white wine barrel) and the spices and the funky yeast, there's plenty of complexity in this brew, which increases as it warms.
Once again, I'm very impressed by this brewery.
