Thanks Steve.
Disclaimer: I would say I'm still trying to get my "bearings" to this style, so most of these thoughts are based on observations with personal opinion.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a fairly bright yellow-ed orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head softly dissipating to leave a little bit of concave lace along my glass.
The aroma had some semi-soft sweet Bretty funkiness with some side effects of grassiness, blueberries, red and green apples, lemon pulp and a clean musty biscuity malt. With a little warmth, some sour white wine/grape-like characters come out.
The flavor leaned into a full on Bretty funky to sour berry tartness. Grassy bitterness meshes with some biscuity malt. Mild aftertaste of dry Bretty funky character with some musty white winey biscuits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt good. Enough dryness seemed to come across as I thought it would have. Finishes crisp with some white wine/grape/grassy funk.
Overall, like I said in the beginning, this is based on my observations and honestly, I must admit this was quite good for me.

Got in a trade with beergoot. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/25/2018. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with decent retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big tart/tangy lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/lt earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; peppery Brett spiciness, and Lactic tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lt earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt, bitter, spicy, tart, tangy balance; with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter, spicy, tart, tang, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.8%. Overall this is an excellent sour IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lt earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/bitter/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly bitter/lactic. Awesome balance between juicy/vibrant, lightly dank/earthy Mosaic hops, and Brett/bacteria complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp drying. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Not sure why they are advertising this as a Brut IPA; clearly a sour IPA, but I have minimal complaints for it. Really big on Brett character.

The body looks like a milky, cloudy, soft yellow sort of color; the head was initially thick and frothy but quickly disappeared. Dry, champagne and brett-like aroma; some citrus notes. A rather juicy tasting brut beer; orange and grapefruit with a strong tartness; good bitterness. Heavy body; tangy and kind of dry yet still providing a biting citrus juiciness to the overall picture.
This beer is not as dry as the few other brut IPA offerings I've experienced. The head didn't last long buty the rich, creamy look of the body has strong eye appeal. The taste and feel seem to be a sort of dichotomy -- a brut beer (and it does have a strong dryness to it) yet also wet and juicy on the palate. Go figure. Overall, an interesting beer to experience.

Had it in la cave à Bulles in Paris during Paris Beer Week 2019. I really loved this mosaic dry-hopped funky ale.

Thanks, Nick!
Nick brought this and seven other beers out to me on a recent work trip. Was excited to give it a try as I’ve generally liked the few Brut IPAs I’ve tried so far (maybe 6-to-8) and this was had my favorite hop in Mosaic. Untapped description called for a, “Mixed-Fermentation India Pale Ale (Brut IPA) brewed with Mosaic Hop Lupulin Powder.”
Poured a hazy golden color with 1-to-2 fingers of off-white frothy head. Could see a few slow moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Decent watery lacing. Decent retention. (Sight - 3.75)
Smelled more like a hoppy Saison or sour IPA than a Brut IPA, but certainly did get that Mosaic. Also got Sweet Tarts, Juicy Fruit, citrus, (would guess Citra if I didn’t know any better), mango and sharp pine. More juicy Mosaic from the nose and less Saison. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste was certainly different. Initially got musty basement and wet dog, but it got better each sip. Also dry Mosaic, Juicy Fruit, Sweet Tarts, mango, pine and citrus zest (would guess Citra as well even though the can doesn’t say that). (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Long, dry, tart finish. (Feel - 3.50)
Overall I liked this beer, but I wouldn’t classify this as a Brut IPA. More sour IPA than anything else, followed by hoppy Saison. Should probably rate this lower because of that, but I guess I’m getting soft. (Overall - 3.75)

This is not an IPA, this is a funky farmhouse ale. As a FHA, would rate this higher, but again, not an IPA. This has the very familiar Paradox smells/tastes with their other brews.
Sorry.

I'm rating this beer highly, but I'll be frank....I don't like it. It pours a hazy golden color, on the lighter side of the brut IPA spectrum, with a thin head that ends up being inconsequential to the experience. The aroma is wonderful, both citrusy from the mosaic hops and some hefty, competitive dankness from the lupulin powder. On the palate, there is a heavy tartness bordering on sourness that I'm assuming is indicative of the brut style recipe. The finish lingers with the sourness hanging around on the back sides of the tongue like an overly-tart dry rosé. I can tell there is a great deal of care and quality going on here, and let's face it...Paradox is pretty damn good at what it does. If you dig sours and are looking for something a little different, this is a fine direction to follow. I don't like sours, though. I need some residual sugars in my beers to make me happy. So I'll acknowledge the skill and the craft in my rating, as I believe that this is an excellent interpretation of the brut IPA style. But I ain't gonna finish this beer. Sorry, Paradox...

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, lemon and some yeasty funkiness. Sweet citrus with tart lemon, caramel and a mild funky bitterness.
