This DPG features one of our favorite hops -- Mosaic! It’s been a while since we have released a double IPA, but in the depths of winter we could all use one. This revamped version includes flaked wheat and flaked oats with a light base grain and a double dose of dry hops for impressions of passion fruit and clementines. Strong beer . . . for the drinkers that sit at the adult table.

Really nice, complex beer from Sloop.
Look: light orange/yellow, hazy/cloudy, quite appetizing
Smell: As usual for Sloop, fruit-front nose, notes of pineapple, sweet orange
Taste: The most complex beer I've had from Sloop: 3 layers- sweet front end with lots of juice, plenty of bitter hops in the middle and a smooth, mildly malty finish
Feel: Thick, palatable juiciness.
