Thanks to Mikexw for this one from a ninja box, from the Rookies #2 BIF. 16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured, well, I'm not sure exactly what color, but, Babyshit Beige is a good starting point. One of the ugliest beers ever. There was about 3/4 inch of white head that had decent retention and very light lacing.
The aroma and flavor were the expected watery fruit juice that is typical for the style. For as soft as most of the hops were, there was still a decent bite at the back end.
The body was the typical light-medium of the style. Drinkability was fine, no issues going down. Overall, once past the visuals, it was a perfectly average Murkbomb. But, the visuals, went waaay beyond the usual murkiness of the style. Try it if you see it, but maybe drink it from the can?

Misfire! Sorry to say it but this one looks like dishwater in my glass and doesn't taste anywhere up to the standard I've come to expect from Sloop. Forget about presentation (although there was no head to speak of), I'd like to simply say it tastes 'off' but as this beer was just brewed to celebrate the recent grand opening of their East Fishkill brewery I can't compare it with previous iterations. I've enjoyed all of their "bomb" IPAs and would highly recommend those along with this brewery in general, but in all honesty I would steer clear of this IPA although I suspect it's a one off.
