Went back and had a full glass of this. It's a nice dry-hopped saison, much lighter and drinkable than early iterations of their other main saison, Bushel & Peck.
Pale gold with bright clarity and a frothy layer of foam. Spotty lacing and lasting surface skim.
Aroma is lightly fruity, dried citrus and earthy botanicals. Taste is firmly bitter with a light peppery fruit note.
Clean and crisp, light to medium bodied with ample carbonation. Dries out nicely in the finish.
This is nicely fine tuned and a very drinkable summer saison.
