Poured from a 1 day old growler into a tulip. Appearance is a hazy golden yellow with a fairly thin white head that dissipates quickly. The nose is all mango and passionfruit, with touches of tartness and saltiness. The taste is loaded with tropical fruits, touches of pine from the mangos, and good levels of tartness. The salt is also clearly present and adds wonderful complexities. This is a great brew! It's not quite as sour or salty as other examples of the style, but the fruit additions are absolutely perfect for this beer.

 

 

 

Certainly the best sour central Ohio has ever produced. Super juicy, taste is purely tart mango and passionfruit, just as you would expect. Really hazy color and rich yellow in color. Definitely going to pick up a growler next time they do this (if they do it again).

Pours out a beautiful, hazy orange. Looks like orange juice in the glass.

Aroma is completely dominated by the mango and passionfruit addition. Very fruit smelling with a hint of tartness.

Taste is also passionfruit and mango forward! Peach, guava, orange, passionfruit, mango notes burst out of the glass with a light tartness and bit of salinity. Has a very juicy quality.

Mouthfeel was crisp and body light.

Super easy to drink and crushable! Almost seems like a Sour version of Avery Lilikoi Kepolo. Awesome stuff!
