Poured from a day old growler into an IPA glass. Appearance is a hazy golden yellow, with a fluffy white head. The nose is grapefruit zest and a touch of fruity hops, but very faint. The taste is nicely bitter, with a huge grapefruit presence and a barely detectable hint of malt balance underneath. Very drinkable, very bitter and very refreshing.

Enjoyed at Hoof Hearted in Marengo in a tulip/snifter.
Look - Cloudy. Bright yellow. Fine bubbled head, white. Okay lacing.
Smell - Bitter. Lightly dank. Light grapefruit.
Taste - Very bitter. Muted fruit. Watery.
Feel - Watery. Not really a tongue burner.
Overall - On the bitter/citrus/malt system it is mostly bitter. Very light fruit. Pamplemousse is some sort of French grapefruit.

Had this one on tap at the Dragonsadle release. It is murky like most of their beers, and a straw yellow. Seems to have the same yeast pitch as either Kong or Blabe. Kind of funky. Definitely pale malts. Decent amount of hops give it some fruity flavors. A little bit of lemon in there.
