Hum drum sax life got you down? Tired of tooting your own horn? Why not invite several discreet and adventurous friends to do it for you? Group Saxx was soured with lactobacillus then brewed with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Coriander after an excitable fermentation it was dry hopped with Centennial, Zythos, and Ahtanum.

Poured a hazy straw color with an initially huge head that doesn't linger. Smells of grassy hops, coriander, mango and slightly sour. The taste is tart fruit, saltiness and a little sour. The feel is crisp with high carbonation leaving a little sour aftertaste. Overall this is a great gose. Perfectly balanced, tart fruits, salt and coriander. Not overwhelming sour and an easy drinking beer.
