Pours yellow in color with a slight haze to it. Not the usual thick murky haze that Hoof's beers typically have, but just a slight haze. Not much head. Smells of hops and belgian yeast. This belgian yeast seems to dominate it's flavor profile, pushing the hops into the background, although they're still present. It's mouthfeel is mild. I wouldn't exactly call it thin, but I'm not sure it would quite count as medium bodied either. Crisp and refreshing with lots of carbonation.

Slightly cloudy yellow with a minimal head like champagne bubbles.
Yeasty funk and hop dankness on the nose. The yeast is not too spicy at all though, it is a very pleasant and unimposing aroma.
Flavors of vanilla blueberry herbal tea with some white pepper support the aromas in unique ways. Hoof is really doing some different brews with their unique yeast combinations.
Very soft and frothy mouthfell.
