A Norwegian yeast strain changes this beer dramatically.
Pale pale yellow, with a thin soft white blanket.
Aromas of lemon lime, mint, light corn and an 80s style musk cologne, but light.
Taste is cucumber, corn, with a that strange yet light and spicy cologne taste, wow this is weird. There is also a touch of incense, and some herbs not usually found in beer, like oregano and basil, which also begins to bring tomato to the fore from the depths of Margherita hell.
Just wow.
