Served in a becker glass
This beer pours pale yellow with a haze. It is topped with a couple inches of fluffy white head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is citrus. I get tangerine. A little earthy smell and malt.
Big citrus flavor. I get a lot of oranges in the taste. Very flavorful for a pilsner. A little malt and crisp finish.
Medium bodied with a clean mouthfeel
It is a night summertime crusher. This four pack doesn't stand a chance.

They we're trying to be different with this interpretation, so I get it. It just didn't work. Doesn't resemble a German Pilsener at all. I would not recommend this beer. The whole table agreed this was a drain pour.
