Excellent IPA. Picked up at the brewery as is the case with this brewer. Great citrus notes and taste. Just a pleasure to sip and enjoy. Bonus, come in a 16 oz. can. Nice mouth feel and great finish. Looking forward to the next batch in the spring.

Pours bright yellow, slightly opaque. Thin off-white head dissipates quickly leaving a ring of white foam around the outside of the beer and some spotty white foam on top of the beer.
Smell is quite unique to my nose. There is some pineapple, a touch of orange, papaya, and a bit of herbal notes. However there is a peppery aroma that also comes through that is different, but really works well within the nose.
Taste follows the nose with lots of pineapple up front. Some complimentary citrus notes are there with papaya peach and mango notes. Strong herbal flavors are present with a very mild bitterness. Pepper and citrus rind comes through on the back end.
Feel is very smooth - full bodied. Semi dry on the back end. Extremely drinkable - almost quenching.
Overall a really nice - well crafted DIPA from Hoof Hearted.

The beer comes in a medium gold color, medium plus haze.
The aroma offers pineapple, spice, crackery malt, grapefruit, fresh orange, a bit of candy sweetness.
The flavor follows with concentrated pineapple flavor. Pineapple concentrate jam in a biscuit, orange slices, some light breadiness, a light resiny quality on the finish, but drives with mostly tropical flavor as it warms. The base beer is fantastic with a medium to medium plus mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.

Straw to pale gold in color with no real head and a bit of lacing.
Nose is maryjane, pine, and citrus - grapefruit.
Taste is sweet, malt, grapefruit, citrus, and mild hops.
Mouthful is light and soft. Carbonation is average. Finish is semi dry.
Very nice IPA. Citrus is there. Hops a bit more mild. Smell is a bit strange. Otherwise drinkable and refreshing.

Slightly hazy golden color, smell is fruity, tropical, and a little peppery. Taste has some spice and fruit on the back end, very minimal bitterness. No alcohol bite, a little lighter than I would expect for the ABV. Moderate carbonation and smooth, slightly dry finish.

Pours pale yellow and brightens to hazy tangerine-orange with a medium foamy head and layers of wavy lace.
Smell is dank, peppery cracker, pineapple, sticky papaya, and allium.
This Eureka version tastes of slightly spicy and tangy mixed berry, with bubblegum, guava, mango and light cracker. Pepper and bitter orange rind comes in as it warms.
Semi-dry, soft and really drinkable.
