Look no further, the next hotbed for hopheads in in central Ohio. The Hoof Hearted hop contengency next lands at the precipice of the "Galaxy" hop variety for it's unique green fruit, tropical, vinous, herbal and citrusy taste. It's clear that everybody wants some.
Everybody Wants Some, the Galaxy edition pours with a heavy silted haze that pours like egg-drop soup. Despite it's rich porridge display, its nose is chocked full of all things white citrus and a gentle waft of cannabis, tropical fruit and complementary herbs. It's taste is nearly teeth-grindingly delicious, seemingly bursting at the seams with cereal, honey and shortcake.
The flavors continue to errupt as the ale washes the middle palate. Juicy white grapefruit spill over while its lemony character bridges across to the expected tropical flavors of under ripened pineapple, kiwi and passionfruit. Supported with continued creamy and tangy sweetness, the softly tart and bitter interplay that ensues is achingly bright and seductive. Grassy and herbal, those late impressions of hemp, chive and green tea include citrus peels in a long and slightly sprucy finish.
Medium-full on the palate, the smooth and nearly tart bitterness of the hops keeps the flavors bright, fresh and mostly clean. Hedging deceptively close to fruit juices, the beer's refreshment and deliciousness registers extremely high. Its long, fruity and herbal draw give the Galaxy hops a vivid showcase that's on par with the the best hazy ale of the IPA world.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of pineapple, grapefruit, orange peel and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with a sharp bitterness and toasted caramel finish.

Pours a hazy orange juice color with a thick white head. Okay retention and decent lacing. Aroma is grapefruit rind. Flavor is a mix of citrus and some pineapple with a semi bitter finish. Feel is medium bodied, lightly carbonated. Overall another fine hazy IPA without a real standout quality.
