Poured from the can into a Tired Hands teku. Pours an opaquely hazy straw yellow with a 1-finger white, soapy, foamy head. Nose is tropical and faintly bitter hops superimposed on a faint background of mango, banana, and pineapple. The palate is more understated than I'd anticipated. It's undoubtedly NEIPA with the creamy mouthfeel, but the fruit doesn't explode from this one quite as much as some of their other beers on offer. Mango, banana, and pineapple continue to rest faintly in the background in a beer that's more hop-forward (though even these, to be fair, are understated) than its peers.

This brew is the first I've tried with Belma hops, and I'd be lying if I said I could dissect out the role they're playing in this beer. Still, it's a very respectable DIPA to be sure, and a great sipper.
