Can dated 3/13/19 poured into a tulip. A hazy pale straw color that looked bright yellow in the glass. Big fluffy white head. Aroma was subdued, possibly from the age. Weird lemony/solvent aroma with faint berries and fruit. The taste actually followed. A really odd flavor, almost like a wild ale. Not infected, but lemony, minty, earthy, some citrus pith, some cheese. Dry and slightly boozy. I had a hard time drinking this.

Thanks to JLindros for sharing this can.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pale straw hue that fades to leave thin wisps and a light lacing.
S - Aromas of big melon and exotic citrus peel. Super fragrant. Little bit of soft malts as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of lemon citrus zest and such. The finish is almost medicinal, loads of almost spearmint gum level oddity.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated but the finish has a lingering minerality that is off putting.
O - Overall this was a mediocre ipa. The lemon hops are nice but there is a hodgepodge of odd flavors going on here.

Nice pillowy head with fair retention, cloudy hazy pale orange color
Nose lemony citrus hops, strange hop character, hand of Buddha citrus, and floral grassy hops, little melon,
Taste pithy citrus, lemon and exotic citrus like hand of Buddha, then hops get really spicy rindy, melon rind and mint, eucalyptus, mild spicy rind and medium to higher bitterness, little cracker malt, mild creamy wheat oat thing, dry finish more eucalyptus mint and rind lingering
Mouth is med to fuller bod, decent fizzy carb, a strange medicinal cooling feel
Overall mixed

1 PINT can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours like pineapple juice. It is turbid and pale yellow in color. It is topped with three inches of off white head that is sticky and leaves some nice lacing.
It has a tropical juice aroma along with a solid helping of grapefruit.
It has a big tropical fruit taste like a lot of Hoof Hearted beers do. This one also has some grapefruit along with its bitterness in the finish.
Full mouthfeel
I am glad an acquaintance decided to sell me one. It is juicy like most Hoof beers, but the bitterness in the finish is a refreshing change of pace.
