16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent local release. Pours opaquely hazy medium golden yellow/light green color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a fantastic NEAPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel, not aggressive. Amazing Galaxy profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

16oz can poured into a tulip

A- pours a hazy yellow-brown with a one-finger foamy white head that has good retention and leaves some lacing behind

S- clean and juicy hop nose with notes of tangerine, grapefruit peel, pineapple, mango & passionfruit. Light grassy undertones

T- juicy citrus notes follow the nose, tangerine pith and grapefruit. Mid-palate gives some mango and passionfruit, the finish is slightly malty with a clean citrusy linger

M- medium-light body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a crisp dry finish

O- high drinkability with nice fruity hop notes throughout
