Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on February 24, 2021. The listing here says this a kettle sour. Hoof Hearted refers to it as a sour IPA.

Pushing the limits of what can be found crawling out of a beer can, more than turning the beer world on its head, Hoof Hearted is also turning the smoothie world, cocktail world and scurvy vaccination world on their heads with this beer.
Dumping into the glass with a fruity viscous pour, Maxxx Profitz settles with a heavily silted mauve. And if you look closely, you can actually see live guppies swimming about. A rife and radiant perfume of fruit rolls off of the rim in true smoothie fashion. Laced with the vibrance of strawberry, guava and lemon, a cream-sweet maltiness comes with reckless additions of cereal, pulp, taffy and milkshake flavors.
The fruits rise above the cream, silt and cereal with a tangy-sweet middle palate that doubles down on a sweetheart candy character, leaping into the worlds of taffy, lemonade, jam, cider, smoothie and sangria. This balance of fruity-sweetness and tangy acidity dances playfully on the tongue, deep into a late palate of grapefruit-like bitterness as the taste shifts to a more citrus dominant finish.
Full bodied and needing one of those fat straws to help drink, the beer can be seen as an abomination to the beer world, finishing bitter-sweet with a sour tilt with a medium-length finishing of fruit pulp, pith and puree. Its cheeky marketing and gimmicky recipe certainly opens the door for criticism. What what's not to criticize is that (whatever it is), it's delicious!

Can courtesy of BigTimeADL.
I don’t know how to categorize this.
The label says sour ipa.
Or wild ale?
There’s also different variants with different adjuncts.
This has strawberry, pink guava, lemon, Tahitian vanilla, and milk sugar.
Just tastes like a tropical milkshake smoothie in reality.
Too complicated!

16 oz can poured into a snifter. A striking color - ruby-red and clear in the class. A normal pour produced a light pink head that quickly disappeared, leaving the appearance of red wine in the glass. The aroma was fairly pungent with blueberries, lemon, and vanilla, particularly on the finish. Fairly tart on the palate with the same mix of flavors as on the nose. Less sweet and more fruity. It seemed much less hoppy than others from this style, almost like a fruited Berliner. Lactose was there but somewhat restrained and the feel was a tad heavier than medium, but not close to milkshake territory. Overall it was enjoyable.

1 PINT can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours golden in color with a slight haze. It is topped with two inches of off white head the disappears quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is tart and the guava is easily noticed.
The lactose and strawberry are more noticeable in the taste. It is sour with a guava and strawberries and cream flavor.
Medium to light bodied with a dry finish
This is a pretty good kettle sour. It is better than a lot of attempts at this "style."
