16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours an opaque, deep magenta color with a large effervescent bubblegum head. Decent retention. Leaves a ton of lacing and sediment (fruit sediment?) around the glass.
Aromas of raspberry and blackberry yogurt, with a bit of boysenberry, blueberry, and vanilla. Pretty much exactly as advertised.
The flavor is the same as the nose: Berry yogurt with some vanilla and a faint hint of orange juice.
The feel is...well it's thiccc af. Chewy. Basically like a smoothie. Almost no carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall, this is labeled as a wild ale? Not sure if the new iterations have changed but this is labeled as a "Sour Double India Pale Ale" on the can. Guess I'm not sure how you'd label that here. Definitely a "Milkshake IPA" with the vanilla and lactose. Very little sour flavor. In that regard, it's a good beer. Not my style but it hits the notes you would expect. How breweries are able to can beer like this is amazing.

1 PINT can
Served in a nonic pint glass
This beer pours deep purple and is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
I get a sweet and sour berry aroma.
The taste is tart berry. I get a little vanilla sweetness in the middle. It finishes tart.
Medium bodied with a creamy yet dry mouthfeel
This is a good beer, but I don't think sours are Hoof's strong suit.

This is the big winner for the month of May. Not necessarily the best brew I had, but the best high end, ambitious brew that lived up to expectations. I guess that's the biggie - exceeded expectations.
It pours an amazing deep ruby, not quite translucent. The head dissipates rapidly. Served cold, it has a great skunky aroma with no unpleasantness. Lots of fruit overtones in the smell, but tastefully done. The same goes for the rest of the fermented fruit experience. It hits right where it should. Very nice.
Highly recommended. For once a pricey, ambitious brew that lives up to the hype.

16 oz can poured into a snifter. A bright pinkish-red color on the pour and a hazy ruby-red in the class. A normal pour produced a light pink head that quickly settled leaving pink wispy laces. Aroma was like berries bathed in cream, with a slight lemony aspect. The taste was quite fruity with slightly tart berries. The tartness was cut with some vanilla and lactose sugar, but not by much, leaving the beer a bit lighter than expected and tart. ABV very well-hidden. This drank like fruit punch. Well done.

Quit Yer Fussin' On Me pours a deep, dark boysenberry red with no head, but some pink lacing rimming the top of the pour. Reminds me Welch's grape juice. The smell is a potpourri of berries bursting with flavor, a bit tart with very little vanilla comes through. It's crisp and clean on the palette. With milk sugar added, it's not thick or creamy, but light and complex with the raspberries, boysenberries and blackberries. It's got a mild tartness up front that fades nicely with a hint of vanilla on the back end with a dry finish.
