Grabbed a can at Thirsty Pug Auburn NY. Excellent APA. Full flavor full feel. The DDH is perfect. Delicious waves of Citra and Mosaic. Not familiar with Belma... but seems to meld well. Look us a big plumy head that quickly dissolved but retains strong lacing. Hazy with bright yellow straw color. Reminds me of Vermont NEIPA’s but clearly softer as expected with APA. Very very impressed.
Will definitely buy this again.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, peach, guava, mango), some nice diesel. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, peach, mango, guava), nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!. Nice to see this one around here.

A: Pours a very hazy almost murky pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and faint to moderate orange + honey + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, strawberry, and tropical/melon hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of honey-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, strawberry, and tropical/melon hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus + strawberry hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a wonderfully soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really pleasant hop profile. I would definitely have a few of these and might need to look to grab this one again if I see it at the store.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released locally. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Amazing appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, red apple, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, strawberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, red apple, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, strawberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, red apple, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, strawberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a fantastic NE style APA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Awesome soft feel, and not aggressive. Fantastic Belma, Mosaic, Citra profile. Very vibrant, juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on NE style example as expected.
