1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours not quite as deep of a purple as beet juice. It is purple and clear. It was topped with a fleeting head that leaves no lacing.

The smell is sweet and tart. Raspberry is readily available with hints of lime.

There is huge raspberry flavor. The milk sugar helps counteract the tartness. Lime flavor is complimentary.

Medium bodied with a sticky mouthfeel

It tastes pretty damn good given the fact that it has resided in my fridge for about a year. The flavors are damn near as intense as they were a year ago. Very little if any fall off.

A: The beer is a touch hazy cherry red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short pink head that quickly died down, leaving just a minuscule ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of raspberries along with hints of limes and sweetness from the milk sugar.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With all of the raspberry flavors and notes of milk sugars, this IPA makes for a nice selection for a dessert beer.
