And he’s got me vuelto loco, amigos. Everybody Wants Some, a rotating single-hop DIPA, is the only acceptable response to the call of DLR-era Van Halen + 80’s cult classic movies. A giant teddy bear, bugger than you. Sounds great. No, it really does sound good. But look Beth, I gotta go. The Christmas tree is on fire.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, lemon, peach, guava, mango), some nice diesel. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, lemon, peach, mango, guava), nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!. Nice to see this one around here.

Can poured into a Russian River Brewing Co pub glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that hangs around slowly settling to a firm layer and leaves some thick lacing.
S: Tons of ripe tropical and stone fruit, citrus, a hint of melon, very light spicy grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of juicy tropical fruit and citrus, passion fruit, tangerine, papaya, mango, peach, grapefruit, hints of guava, pineapple, and a little melon, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy, soft on the palate.
O: Not sure why this one isn't getting the love. Big fan of this hop and it shines in this beer.

I don't see a date listed on the can. The can has a label that says "BREWED WITH AZACCA HOPS"
Appearance: The beer is mostly opaque with a light gold-beige color. It has a short frothy white head with moderate retention and mild lacing.
Aroma: The beer smells like mango, strong alcohol, and a light bit of pineapple.
Taste: There is a bit of pineapple skin, some alcohol flavor, and a bit of tomato vine. A bit of grass.
Mouthfeel: Bitterness is low and carbonation feels low. It is easy to drink. The body is thick but airy.
Overall: It has some good aroma and flavor but there is a pretty high alcohol presence in both of these senses that holds back the beer. The mouthfeel was pretty lackluster. On the positive side it has some nice hop character that tropical hop enthusiasts will enjoy. I might try it again from time to time but I would prefer to try it on tap. It is worth picking up.

I don't remember asking for the extra pulp, but here it is- in the glass- stirring like citrus juice with a whole lot of compost making me think that I no longer need a salad today. Scurvy has obviously met its match with Hoof Hearted's mud muddle of an Azacca fueled IPA...
Beyond its impressive and imposing haze hides a bouquet that's rife with a tantalizing stone fruit, tropical, citrus and spicy bouquet. With those notions of tropical punch and apricot smoothie looming, the taste is malt and nearly tart with the succulent fructose-like sweetness, pastry maltiness and cereal playing alongside of juicy herbs.
And then the beer quickly unfolds on the tongue, blooming with those fruit-forward flavors- white apricot, tangerine, mango, cantaloup and papaya are all wrapped in a leaf of peppery hemp, lemongrass and chive before trailing lightly resinous and stemmy with citrus oil.
Medium-dry and trending moderately bitter and malty dry, its trek is on a spicy finish with peppery vegetation and stone fruit trending more and more bitter. Highly palatable and rewarding for any hop-head, it's evident that every body wants some Everybody Wants (Azacca) Some!

Tangerine juice colored. Nose is superb and leads one to believe the beer will be superb as well. Unfortunately the beer falls a bit short of superb, but still a decent beer.
